TEPSA Lisbon Treaty Ratification Monitor

The new TEPSA Series called "Lisbon Treaty Ratification Monitor"  pursues the goal to regularly inform about the Lisbon Treaty ratification process and the bigger debate around it, and make it more transparent.

The papers below aim to give an overview on the current state of the art of the ratification process and the debates at European and national level (here the 4 remaining countries where the Lisbon Treaty is not yet ratified: Czech Republic, Ireland, Germany, Poland).

The raison d’être of the EU? Judgment of the German Constitutional Court poses fundamental questions to the finalité of the EU.

The 2nd issue of the Lisbon Treaty Ratification Monitor highlights the judgment of the German Constitutional Court and again gives an overview on the current state of the art of the ratification process and the debates at European and national level.
